Week 30: Game over

The course is over, and also Lengua Inglesa IV. We, the teachers, hope you have enjoyed the subject and learnt a lot of English, and a lot about life in the UM. We wish you a nice summer and hope to see you next year in other subjects. Please, write your opinion about the blog experience and the subject in your blog. Add all the things that could be improved. This will help us revise and polish the subject for future students. -In my opinion, there are too many blog entries and some of them are difficult to do. Look for some information on the internet might seem easy, but there are some things which you need to spend really a lot of time searching for. It would be better to upload less blog entries and a bit easier ones.

Week 29: Intelligence

This week we've been dealing with reporting results in a formal context using adverbial clauses. Find out an article on the Net where the results of an experience or an experiment are reported and underline all the examples related to reporting results. In addition, highlight all the adverbial clauses found and state the type of adverbial clauses used. Welcome to the weather forecast . Now, let’s see what the weather is like today. In the north of the country it’s very windy and cold . There is a chance of some rain too, so don’t leave home without your umbrella! The temperature is around 10º centigrade . In the east it’s rainy all day today, I’m afraid. There may be a thunderstorm in the afternoon. The temperature is a bit higher, at around 13º. In the west and middle of the country the weather is dry, but cloudy .
